大学生的政治技能及其差异性实证分析——基于A高校学生的调查结果

【摘要】 随着政治技能概念的引入,大学生政治技能的研究已引起了学者们的高度关注,但是对大学生的政治技能及其差异性缺乏实证研究。研究选取了A高校345名本科生为样本,通过t检验和单因素方差分析法,研究表明:78%以上的大学生已认识到政治技能的重要性;大学生政治技能及四个维度得分均在60~70分之间,处于中等水平;从不同个体特征大学生的政治技能及其四个维度差异性来看,不同专业、父亲职业、职业生涯规划、期望职业、生源地、政治面貌的大学生之间存在着显著性差异(P<0.05),而不同性别、年级、母亲职业的大学生则没有显著性差异。基于研究结论,提出培养大学生政治技能的对策建议。

【Abstract】 With the introduction of the concept of political skills, the study of university students’ political skills has attracted great attention of scholars, but there is a lack of empirical research on university students’ political skills and their differences. 345 students in A University were selected as the research objects. Through t-test and one-way ANOVA, it was found that more than 78% of the university students have a good understanding of the importance of political skills; the scores of overall and four dimensions’ political skills of the university students are between 60 and 70 points, which are in the middle level; and from their differences of the scores of overall and four dimensions’ political skills of university students with different individual characteristics, there are significant differences among the university students of different majors, father’s occupation, career planning, expected occupation, student origin and political outlook(P<0.05), while there are no significant differences among the university students of different gender, grade and mother’s occupation. Based on the conclusions of the study, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating university students’ political skills.
