【摘要】 文章研究了国内六所高校生物类拔尖创新人才的培养模式,对不同高校在人才培养目标、人才选拔、培养方式上进行了比较分析,并对生物类拔尖创新人才的培养进行思考,为优化生物类拔尖创新人才培养模式提供依据。通过比较表明,应该从完善学生遴选机制、多元化培养模式、做好衔接教育、做好个性化培养、建立人才评价监测、评价系统五方面提高人才遴选水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the cultivation practice of top-notch innovative talents of biological sciences in six universities, the paper makes a comparative study from the following aspects: the objectives of training talents, talents selection and training ways.
