【Abstract】 Taking the core curriculum of general education of "ecological environment and civilization evolution" in Changshu Institute of Technology as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzes the basic situation of the curriculum, elaborates on the curriculum design, teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods and assessment contents, etc. and effectively carries out the construction and reform of the core curriculum system of general education of ecological environment.
