污泥样品灰熔点与灰组成关联的实验研究

【摘要】 重点针对污泥联合垃圾焚烧过程中焚烧炉内结焦现象进行研究,对来自不同地区的污泥样品进行工业分析、元素分析、灰熔融温度等摸底测试,讨论不同样品的灰熔点与其灰组成的关联,找到适用于污泥灰的结焦判断条件。通过添加不同种类、不同比例的添加剂,来改善垃圾焚烧炉内的结焦现象。研究结果表明不发生燃烧结焦的污泥需满足:考虑S的碱酸比R_s<0.6和硅铝比<0.5。实验观察到:随着掺烧比例的升高,含有Si、Al元素的添加剂对控制炉内结焦有较好的作用。

【Abstract】 The slagging phenomenon in the incinerator during sludge combined waste incineration was studied. A series of test analyses of sludge samples collected from different regions, including proximate analysis, ultimate analysis, ash fusion temperature, were carried out in order to clarify the relationship between ash fusion temperature and ash compositions, and then find out the judgments which applied to the sludge ash. Add different kinds and different proportions of additives to control the slagging phenomenon in the waste incinerator. The research result illustrated that, the sludge that did not undergo combustion slagging should satisfy the following requirements: ①R_s which considerd the element of S was <0.6; ②Si/Al<0.5. It could be observed that with the increase of the proportion of mixtures, the additive containing Si and Al elements had a good effect on controlling slagging in the furnace.
