高炉煤气燃烧器稳燃旋流流场的冷态优化实验研究
Experimental research on the cold state optimization of steady combustion swirl flow field of blast furnace gas burner
【摘要】 针对高炉煤气热值低,不易点燃、燃烧稳定性差等问题,设计了一种旋流燃烧器,通过冷态实验,研究该旋流燃烧器煤气侧旋流叶片角度分别在30°、45°、60°时出口气流对冷态流场的影响。结果表明:随着旋流叶片角度的增加,回流区明显增加,旋流强度逐渐增强,旋流叶片角度为60°时,得到最佳的回流区,回流区长1.98 deq、宽1.85 deq。
【Abstract】 A swirl burner was designed to solve the problems of low burning and poor combustion stability of blast furnace gas. Through the cold-low experiment, the affect of outlet air flow on cold flow field when the angle of gas swirl blade in the burner without bluff body were 30°、45°and 60°. The result showed that the reflux region increased obviously and swirl intensity increased gradually with the increase of the angle. When the angle reached to 60°, the burner could obtain the best recirculation zone, the length reached 1.98 deq, width reached 1.85 deq.
