【摘要】 数十年来,日本在国家队层面和职业联赛层面都取得了一定的成功,这部分归功于校园足球在其国内的良好开展。从中可总结出四个方面的有益经验:庞大且健全的教练员培养体系;完善的校园足球竞赛体系;体教不分离;足球上升通道多且顺畅。这些促进了日本在青少年足球训练和技战术等方面的进步,增加了足球人口基数,为国家培养了大量的优秀后备人才。中国校园足球正开展得如火如荼,但面临着校园足球教师或教练员数量不足和资质不高、校园足球竞赛体系不完善、学业和从事足球运动不能很好兼顾、足球上升通道狭窄的问题,应借鉴日本校园足球的有益经验予以解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 For decades,Japanese national team and professional league have achieved some success,which is partly contributed to the better development of its campus football.Four beneficial experience can be summarized:the tremendous and impeccable coach training system;perfect campus football competition system;combination of sport and education;multiple and unhindered rising passage of football talents. All factors promote the progress of Japanese adolescent football training and tactics,increase the population base of football,as well as cultivate a large number of outstanding talents.Campus football is being carried out in full swing in China, but facing a number of problems,such as lack of teachers and coaches in terms of quantity and qualification,imperfect campus football competition system,poor coordination between academic work and engagement in football,and narrow rising passage of football talents.Some measures should be taken to address these issues mentioned above from Japanese experience in the campus football.更多还原
