【摘要】 为了解济宁市医疗机构洁净工程运维管理及相关医院感染情况,以济宁市辖区229家各级各类医疗机构为研究对象,并从其中3家三级和5家二级综合性医院各随机抽取1 000例手术患者调查感染情况。采取现场与问卷调查相结合的方式收集数据并进行综合分析。调查发现:共有49家各级各类医疗机构建有不同等级的洁净工程477间,管理模式各不相同,以后勤总务科和办公室管理为主,占79.2%;维护模式各不相同,委托专业第三方维护较少,规范维护率仅为4.2%;与洁净工程相关的感染率为0.075%。认为加强洁净工程的运维管理及综合性能评定,促进医院洁净工程发展,保障医疗安全至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the situation of clean project maintenance,management and related infections in hospitals of Jining city, takes 229 hospitals with different levels as examples. Meanwhile, randomly selects a total of 1 000 surgical patients from 3 tertiary and 5 secondary comprehensive hospitals, respectively. The results show that 49 hospitals at various levels and types have 477 clean projects of different grades, as well as different management modes. It is 79.2% managed by the logistics general services section and office. The maintenance mode is different, a few of them is entrusting the professional third party social institutions, and the standard maintenance rate is only 4.2%. The incidence of infections related to clean project is only 0.075%. It suggests that maintenance management and comprehensive performance monitoring and evaluation conducted by professional third parties will promote the development of clean projects in hospitals.
