主动壁面形变控制对槽道湍流减阻的影响
Influence of Active Wall Deformation Control on Drag Reduction of Channel Turbulence
【摘要】 湍流减阻机理以及减阻方法已经成为流体力学的热点问题。针对充分发展的槽道湍流,设计了一种可随壁面法向速度主动形变的控制方程,利用C语言在Fluent中编制了相应的UDF程序,对10-15m/s流速下的槽道进行了仿真模拟,实现了仿真模拟中的主动变形。研究结果表明:通过对壁面的主动形变控制能够降低近壁区的摩擦阻力,减阻率最高达到了20.2%,但随着流速的增大,减阻效果也逐渐减小。
【Abstract】 The turbulent drag reduction mechanism and the drag reduction method have become hot issues in fluid mechanics. A control equation which can be actively deformed with the normal velocity of the wall surface is designed for the turbulent flow which is fully developed in the channel. The corresponding UDF program is programmed in Fluent by C language, and the simulation of the channel is carried out at different flow velocity(10-15 m/s), and the active deformation in the simulation is realized. The results show that the frictional resistance of the near wall region can be reduced by the active deformation control of the wall, and the drag reduction rate reaches 20.2%,but as the flow velocity increases, the drag reduction effect also decreases.
