多通道复合式直线振动传输系统设计研究
Research on the Design of Multi-channel Composite Linear Vibration Transmission System
【摘要】 本文针对现阶段生产流水线上圆饼状零件排列和上料效率不足的问题,提出一种多通道复合式直线振动传输系统。该方法通过现有的排列机械手技术和减速器衬套加工生产线为基础,针对圆饼状零件开发出一套多出路高效率自动化姿态调整和上料的装置。借鉴已有的相关研究成果,提出了新型的多通道滑道。结合传感器以及机械手,完成了供料装置、分拣装置、检测机构、翻转执行机构等的设计,并完成了控制系统的设计,然后搭建出整个系统,最后对本系统进行实验,计算实验效率,结果显示可以大大提高出料效率。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a multi-channel composite linear vibration transmission system is proposed to solve the problems of the arrangement of round and pancake parts on the production line and the insufficient feeding efficiency. Based on the existing technology of arraying manipulator and the production line of reducer bushing, this method developed a set of multi-outlet high-efficiency automatic attitude adjustment and feeding device for the round and pancake parts. A new type of multi-channel slide is proposed. Combined with the sensor and the manipulator, the design of the feeding device, sorting device, detection mechanism, turnover actuator and so on was completed, and the design of the control system was completed. Then the whole system was built. Finally, the system was tested and the experimental efficiency was calculated.
