基于专业认证的机制专业“卓越计划”探索与实践

【摘要】 对"卓越计划"进行深入解读,分析了目前国内高校在培养工程技术人才上存在的脱离地方实际、盲目跟风、对卓越计划理解不够以及政策落实不到位等误区。并基于专业认证的毕业要求,修订了机械设计制造及其自动化专业的人才培养方案,通过理论教学改革、实践教学改革以及"3+1"模式的具体实施,探索和实践了卓越计划的具体实施途径,取得了一定成效,为高级应用型人才的培养途径及课程构建提供了有效思路和参考。

【Abstract】 The "excellent engineer education training program" is deeply read and understood by the project team. This paper analyzed the existing misunderstanding of domestic colleges and universities in the cultivation of engineering technical talents, for example, the lack of local reality, blindly following others, insufficient understanding of the excellent program, and inadequate policy implementation, etc. And according to graduation requirements based on professional certification, the talent training program for mechanical design manufacture and automation major is revised. And the theoretical teaching reform, practice teaching reform, and the "3+1" model are implemented, and the concrete implementation ways of the excellent program is explored and practiced. And the research results will provide effective ideas and references for the training methods and curriculum construction of the senior application-oriented talents.
