某三缸机FEAD振动控制匹配分析与验证
Matching Analysis and Verification of the FEAD Vibration Control of a Three-cylinder Engine
【摘要】 为控制某三缸机前端附件传动系统的振动,识别了系统振动控制参数,通过建立多体动力学仿真模型,对系统进行了匹配分析。通过采用高刚度的Aramid皮带,应用具有单向离合功能的发电机OAP带轮,使张紧轮摆动角度、皮带抖动量均达到了限值以内。试验测试验证了整个匹配分析的有效性。
【Abstract】 To control the vibration of Front End Accessory Drive(FEAD) systems of one three-cylinder engine, the influence parameters of vibration were identified, by setting up the multibody dynamics model, the systems matching analysis was done. Through using the Aramid belt with higher stiffness, and applying the Overrunning Alternator Pulley(OAP) with one-way clutch function, the vibration of tensioner and belt were controlled and the results were below the limits. The effectiveness of the matching analysis was verified by the testing.
