【摘要】 目的系统评价Ki67基因的表达水平与胃癌淋巴结转移的相关性。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献和万方数据库中Ki67基因的表达水平与胃癌淋巴结转移相关性研究,检索时间自数据库建立截止至2019年4月。2位研究者独立按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料1,采用Stata14.0进行Meta分析。结果 15项符合标准的研究共计1 482例胃癌患者纳入分析。结果显示:Ki67基因阳性表达组与阴性表达组胃癌淋巴结转移率存在差异(OR=2.325,95%CI:1.499～3.606,P=0.000);Ki67表达水平平均年龄<60岁对于提示淋巴结转移有统计学意义(OR=2.829,95%CI:1.276～6.272,P=0.010);大样本所得数据更加支持Ki67表达阳性组和阴性组与胃癌淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(OR=1.755,95%CI:1.086～2.839,P=0.000);中国地区Ki67表达水平对于提示淋巴结转移有统计学意义(OR=2.721,95%CI:1.767～4.190,P=0.000)。结论 Ki67基因的表达水平与胃癌淋巴结转移存在相关性,且存在地域、年龄等差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Systematically evaluate the correlation between the expression level of Ki67 gene and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.Methods Computers were used to search for the correlation between the expression level of Ki67 gene and lymph node metastasis in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, Web of Science, China Knowledge Network, Chinese Biomedical Literature and Wanfang Database.The search time was from the database establishment deadline to April 2019.Two investigators independently screened and extracted data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and performed meta-analysis using Stata14.0.Results A total of 1482 patients with gastric cancer were included in the 15 eligible studies. The results showed that there was a difference in the lymph node metastasis rate between the Ki67 gene positive expression group and the negative expression group(OR=2.325, 95% CI:1.499～3.606,P=0.000); the average age of Ki67 expression level<60 years was statistically indicative of lymph node metastasis. Academic significance(OR=2.829, 95% CI:1.276～6.272,P=0.010); the data obtained from the large sample further supported the Ki67 expression positive group and the negative group and the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer was statistically significant(OR=1.755,95% CI:1.086～2.839,P=0.000);The expression level of Ki67 in Chinese patients was statistically significant for lymph node metastasis(OR=2.721, 95%ci:1.767～4.190,P=0.000).Conclusions The expression level of Ki67 gene is correlated with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer, and there are differences in regions and ages.更多还原
