【摘要】 B族链球菌(GBS)是一种机会致病菌,其感染可引起一系列母婴不良妊娠结局。GBS有多种血清型,各血清型有不同毒力和致病性。西方国家已经对GBS的筛查和处理制定了指南,近年来国内也展开研究,不断优化检测方式,加强围产期筛查及产时预防性使用抗生素。随着抗生素的广泛使用,GBS耐药性也逐渐升高,GBS疫苗作为预防GBS感染的理想策略正处于研发阶段,部分疫苗已进入临床试验阶段。该文对GBS的感染现状、检测方法及疫苗研究进展加以综述,以指导临床GBS感染的诊治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Group B streptococcus(GBS)is an opportunistic pathogen,whose infection can cause a series of maternal and infant adverse pregnancy outcomes.GBS has many serotypes,and each serotype has different virulence and pathogenicity.Western countries have drawn up guidelines for screening and treatment of GBS.In recent years,studies have also been carried out in China to continuously optimize detection methods,strengthen perinatal screening and prevent the use of antibiotics during delivery.With the widespread use of antibiotics,the drug resistance of GBS is gradually increasing.As an ideal strategy to prevent GBS infection,GBS vaccine is in the research and development stage,and some vaccines have entered the clinical trial stage.This article reviews the current status of GBS infection,detection methods and vaccine research progress to guide the diagnosis and treatment of clinical GBS infection.更多还原
