【摘要】 目的探讨CA199与超声彩色多普勒(CDFI)联合在直肠癌术后局部复发中的诊断价值。方法对62例直肠癌Miles术后保肛患者进行3年的严密随访。对术后患者随访内容:盆腔MRI、CDFI和CA199监测。结果 62例患者中51例MRI发现局部肿物,病理结果33例局部复发,18例为良性病变,其中CA199真阳性25例,超声彩色多普勒真阳性29例,敏感性分别为75%,87%,CA199与超声彩色多普勒结合判定真阳性31例,敏感性93%。结论对MRI发现直肠癌Miles术后局部肿物患者经会阴局部彩色多普勒检查联合CA199可提高术后局部复发的诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CA199 combined with ultrasound color Doppler in local recurrence of rectal cancer.Methods A follow-up of 62 patients with anal sphincter after rectal cancer surgery was followed for 3 years.
