【Abstract】 In recent years,the incidence of thyroid cancer has increased year by year,which is increasingly harmful to people’s health.The matrix metalloproteinase family(MMPs)is a type of peptide protease,Zn2+determines the biological activity of the enzyme,which helps tumor cells break through the extracellular matrix to protect the barrier and the basement membrane of the blood vessel wall.Participation in the formation of surrounding microvessels is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of tumors.This article mainly reviews the latest progress of thyroid cancer and MMP-1,2.更多还原
