【摘要】 目的:探讨森田疗法合并佐匹克隆治疗轻型脑卒中患者睡眠障碍的临床疗效.方法:选取2018年6月—2019年6月内蒙古民族大学附属医院收治的轻型脑卒中后出现睡眠障碍患者80例随机分为两组各40例,观察组采用森田疗法合并佐匹克隆治疗,对照组单用佐匹克隆治疗.治疗前后采用睡眠状况自评量表(PSQI)评分,对比两组疗效.结果:观察组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:森田疗法合并佐匹克隆治疗轻型脑卒中患者睡眠障碍疗效显著.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of morita therapy combined with zopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorder in patients with mild stroke.Methods:80 patients with sleep disturbance after mild stroke who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with morita therapy combined with zopiclone,while the control group was treated with zopiclone alone. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to score before and after treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Morita therapy combined with zopiclone is effective in treating sleep disorder in patients with mild stroke.更多还原
