提高明胶膜耐热性的比较研究
Comparative Study on Improving Heat Resistance of Gelatin Film
【摘要】 本实验对十几种改性剂进行筛选,考察添加改性剂之后,明胶膜的耐热性是否有显著提高,以及明胶膜强度(韧性)以及粘度等的变化,明胶膜是否带有较多的气泡、是否易于从钢板上脱落、是否粘手等因素,筛选得到符合实验要求的改性剂.将筛选得到的改性剂进行做进一步的优化实验,考察改性剂添加量、催化剂固体酸添加量、实验反应的时间和实验反应的温度对明胶-改性剂复合膜耐热性的影响,得出最终的优化条件是以NMA作为改性剂,添加量为2%,同时固体酸添加量为3%,反应时间2 h,反应温度为110℃.
【Abstract】 A dozen modifiers were screened to find those that could improve heat resistance strength(toughness)and viscosity of gelatin film. In addition properties such as bubbling and adherence to substrates were assessed. Further optimization of the modified agents was carried out and the effects of modifier dosage,solid acid dosage of catalyst,reaction time and temperature on the heat resistance of gelatin-modifier composite film were investigated. The optimal condition was obtained with 2% NMA as the modifier with 3% solid acid for 2 h,at 110 ℃.
