【摘要】 新型职业农民是实现乡村振兴战略的人才保障,新型女职业农民是其中不可或缺的力量。以经济学家Amartya Sen的能力方法作为研究基础,通过访谈和主题研究法,分析新型女职业农民的特点与面临的挑战。结果显示,女职业农民在创业中共同表现出强烈的主动性和自我主导性,且依据产业特点拥有一定的社会网路。但她们在抵制不利自身发展的社会习俗和参政议政方面仍表现无力,这不仅使其负担沉重,而且当自己的权益受侵害时不能很好地自我保护。因此,应关注新型女职业农民发展特点,助力她们迎接挑战。同时应广泛宣传,发挥她们的示范作用,使更多农村女性投入到加速乡村建设步伐和现代农业发展的力量中去。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professional farmers are the talent guarantee to realize China’s rural vevitalization, however, the research on them is mainly centered on its concept, connotation, and training mode, thus is lack of depth and sufficiency, not to mention the even less research on women professional farmers. This study, based on Amartya Sen’s Capacity Approach, through interviews and thematic research, studies the characteristics and challenges faced by Chinese women professional farmers. The findings show that the Chinese women professional farmers show strong tendency of agency and self-direction, with certain social network related to their enterprise. However, they are lack of consciousness to fight against those unfavorable social customs to women and have not much intention to participate in political activities, which makes them shoulder heavy burdens and cannot protect themselves well when their rights and interests are infringed. More attention and measures is appealed to assist the development of women professional farmers in the end of the paper.更多还原
