【摘要】 洋河酒厂股份有限公司选取部分小组使用自动拌料机替代人工拌料操作,以期降低劳动强度,提高物料均匀程度。此项研究对比了自动拌料机与人员拌料两种操作方式下员工劳动时间、拌料程度,比较出酒率、酒质及理化指标的情况,同时将当排入池后的水分、温度、酸度等进行了对比,研究对酒醅发酵的影响。最后通过对比产质量数据,综合分析了拌料机设备在酿酒生产上的试验价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yang-he Distillery Co. Ltd. introduce Auto-Mixing System instead of the manual mixing operation. to reduce the labor intensity and increase the evenness of different materials. By comparing these two methods of mixing, we can understand the differences in working time, the quality of mixing, the fermentation,the production and quality.
