指夹式玉米精密排种器试验优化研究
Experimental Research on the Finger-type Corn Precision Seed-metering Device
【摘要】 排种器是精密播种机的核心部件之一,其排种质量的优劣影响到播种质量的好坏。指夹式玉米精密排种器是一种用于玉米精密播种机的机械式排种器,其结构设计复杂,影响环节多。为此,研究了其结构及工作过程,对主要部件进行了功能分析,并进行了指夹式排种器的优化试验。试验结果表明:添加橡胶薄垫的排种器的合格指数为87. 91%,重播指数为8. 23%,漏播指数为3. 92%,添加塑料薄垫的排种器合格指数为83. 24%,重播指数为11. 31%,漏播指数为5. 57%,两种材料都符合农业作业要求。通过对比,选择橡胶材料作为排种盘附加材料。此外,当振动频率为14Hz时,播种的合格率最高;当排种盘转速为4km/h时,播种的合格率最高。
【Abstract】 Seed metering device is one of the core components of precision seeder,the quality of seeder seeding affects the quality of sowing. Finger-type corn precision seed metering device is a kind of mechanical seed metering device used in corn precision seeder,its structural design is complex,affecting many links. This paper studies the structural features and working principle,the main components of the function analysis,and the finger-type seed metering device is optimized. The results showed that: the qualified index of the seed metering device with rubber pad was 87. 91%,replay index was 8. 23%,leakage index was 3. 92%. The qualified indexes of the seed metering device with plastic mat was 83.24%,the replay index was 11. 31%,the leakage index was 5. 57%. Both materials are suitable for agricultural operations. By contrast,we can select the rubber material as an additional material for the seed plate. In addition,when the vibration frequency of 14 Hz,it has the highest pass rate of planting,in the row of disk speed of 4 km/h,it sowed the highest pass rate. Optimizing the test program is reasonable,and it supports the planting of agricultural technology.
