勺轮式玉米排种器运动机理的研究

【摘要】 勺轮式玉米排种器以勺轮上的舀勺为排种元件,应用多力联合充种的原理,从充种的角度阐明其排种元件的位置和结构特点,分析玉米籽粒在排种器中的不同状态。本文重点分析了依靠重力、摩擦力、离心力和玉米籽粒间的挤推力以填补空间、相向速度差和同向速度差3种途径进行充种的方式,并运用EDEM软件验证玉米籽粒在排种器的不同状态和充种方式,探究玉米籽粒在排种器中的运动轨迹。结果表明:玉米籽粒的运动状态、充种方式、运动轨迹和理论分析一致,可为勺轮式玉米排种及其关键部件的优化设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 A component of corn to spoon wheel for metering devices,applying the principle of joint force during the process of seed-filling,the seeding element position and structure characteristics from the angle of the filling,analysis on maize seeding in different states in the. Charifing the location and structural features of seed metering element from the view of the seed-filling,analyzing the different states of corn grain in seed metering. This paper focuses on the analysis of three ways that the corn grains to fill the space,the opposite velocity difference and the same direction velocity difference in seed-filling process by gravity,friction,centrifugal force and propulsive force between the corn. Using the EDEM software to verify the different states and filling patterns of corn seeds in the seed metering device,and to explore the trajectory of corn seeds in the seed metering device. The results showed that the movement state,seed-filling mode and movement track of corn grain were consistent with the theoretical analysis. The research provides a reference for the optimization of the design and key components of the spoon wheel for metering devices.
