秸秆还田覆盖播种施肥复式作业机设计

【摘要】 针对目前播种施肥复式作业机工作效率低、机具配合性差及作业效果达不到农艺要求的问题,设计出一种高效的播种施肥的复式作业机。通过对整机工作原理的分析及减速齿轮、侧边v带、风机、灭茬刀、旋耕刀等关键部件的设计计算,确定了复式作业机的技术参数和结构特征。实践表明:该机具具有设计紧凑、适用范围广及生产效率高等特点。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the labor intensity and improve the production efficiency,a double-working machine which can achieve high efficiency of straw returning to cover and sowing and fertilizing once was designed. Through the analysis of the working principle of the whole machine,the design and calculation of the key components such as reduction gear,side v belt,fan,stubble cutter,rotary cutter and so on,expounds the technical parameters of the working principle of the double-Knife to optimize the design,the machine has a compact design,a wide range of applications,high productivity and so on.
