一种基于离散元摩擦因数测定仪改进设计
An Improved Design of a Tester Based on Discrete Element Friction Coefficient
【摘要】 种子的摩擦角反映了物料与接触固体表面间的摩擦性质。原有摩擦因数测定仪在测定物料摩擦因数时,由于受振动和抖动等外界因素影响,导致测试结果不准确。为此,基于原有的摩擦因数测定仪,通过增加螺杆、螺母,以及通过改变螺杆的长度改进其斜面板上升的速度,从而实现摩擦因数仪的微调,使得测试结果更加准确。离散元仿真与实验结果:该仪器可以提高物料摩擦因数测定的准确性。
【Abstract】 The friction Angle of seed reflect the material and the friction properties of contact between a solid surface.When the original friction coefficient tester in the determination of the coefficient of friction material,due to external factors,such as vibration and jitter lead to inaccurate test results. Of this study is based on the friction coefficient of the original device,by increasing the screw,nut,by changing the length of the screw cant improve its board at the speed of the rise,so as to realize the fine-tuning of the coefficient of friction tester,make the test results more accurate,and through the discrete element simulation and experimental study,the accuracy of the determination of the instrument can improve the coefficient of friction material.
