异构网络中射频能量收集技术研究与实现
Implementation of radio frequency energy harvesting technology in heterogeneous networks
【摘要】 异构通信网络中存在大量射频信号,文中设计了一套射频能量收集系统,该系统由中心频率为2. 45 GHz的四阵列层叠耦合贴片微带天线模块、电压倍增器模块、阻抗匹配电路等组成,通过天线参数的选择,电压整流放大,利用可编程最大功率点跟踪技术实现阻抗匹配提高输出功率,验证了无线能量收集并给后级传感器节点供电的可行性。
【Abstract】 A large number of radio frequency( RF) signals are existed in the heterogeneous communication network. A radio frequency energy collection system is designed. The system consists of four array laminated coupled patch microstrip antenna module,voltage multiplier module and impedance matching circuit with a central frequency of 2. 45 GHz,and by selecting antenna parameters,voltage rectification and amplification are made. A programmable maximum power point tracking technology is used to achieve impedance matching,thus improving the output power. The results show that the system realizes the wireless energy collection and provides the power supply function of the post stage sensor nodes.
