【Abstract】 In the process of urbanization,local governments may adjust the administrative divisions to reallocate resources for urban and rural development. On this matter,there exists two mechanisms: the government-oriented mechanism and the market-oriented mechanism. Based on the current situation of the administrative division adjustment,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the government-oriented mechanism and market-oriented mechanism in the administrative division adjustment,and analyzes the method to improve operation and function of these two mechanisms under the modern urban governance concept.更多还原
