微波提取茶树叶中黄酮及清除DPPH·活性研究
On Extraction of Flavonoids in Tea Leaves by Microwave and Scavenging of DPPH Activity
【摘要】 以四川"巴山雀舌"茶叶的茶树老叶为材料,运用微波技术提取其中的总黄酮类物质.研究了乙醇体积分数、提取时间、微波功率、料液比等因素对黄酮得率的影响,在单因素实验的基础上采用L9(34)正交实验设计得到了最优工艺条件:乙醇体积分数为90%、微波时间为180S、微波功率为350W、料液比为1∶30(g/mL).在最佳实验条件下黄酮得率为5.397%.总黄酮清除DPPH·活性存在正相关的量效关系,清除DPPH·活性能力较强.研究结果为茶叶生产中副产物的综合利用提供了实验方法.
【Abstract】 Using "Bashan Bugle"tea leaves as the raw material,the flavonoids were extracted by microwave method.The influence of the factors,like the volume fraction of ethanol,extraction time,microwave power,and solid-liquid ratio,on the yield of flavonoids,was studied.On the basis of single-factor experiments,the optimal extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal design of L9(34)when the volume fraction of ethanol is at 90%,the microwave time lasts180 s,and the microwave power is at 350 W,and the solid-liquid ratio is 1:30(g/mL).Under the optimal conditions,the yield of flavonoids could reach 5.397%.There existed a positively correlated dose-effect relationship in terms of the total flavonoids scavenging DPPH activity and the scavenging DPPH·activity is rather strong.The research finding can serve as the experimental method for comprehensive utilization of the by-products in the process of tea production.
