医用氧气实时监测与预警系统设计

【摘要】 现有医用供氧设备在余量不足时需要人工手动更换氧气瓶组,同时,也需要人工通过观测配置于氧气瓶组的压强表获得医疗氧气压强。这种方法存在不能及时获取氧气压强和余量数据从而产生医疗安全隐患的问题。针对现有方法不足,提出基于窄带物联网的医用氧气实时监测与预警系统。该系统可通过窄带物联网在医院地下室等环境中稳定传输无线数据,使用STM32作为主控芯片,设计由数据采集模块实时监测氧气瓶组压强,通过氧气瓶组控制模块进行系统内氧气瓶组的切换,最后由数据传输模块与服务器进行数据交互,确保当前使用的氧气瓶组压强正确、余量充足。实测结果表明:系统硬件电路和软件程序运行可靠,不仅能将检测所得数据在Web端和手机端实时显示,而且实现了余量不足时自动切换医用氧气瓶组,并能及时发出预警。

【Abstract】 The existing medical oxygen supply equipment needs to be manually operated to replace the oxygen cylinder group when the surplus is insufficient, and the monitoring of the medical oxygen pressure also needs to be obtained by observing the pressure meter. Thus, the oxygen pressure and the surplus data can’t be gathered in time,which may result in potential medical safety problems. Aimed to solve this problem, a real time monitoring and early warning system of medical oxygen based on narrow-band Internet of Things is proposed. The designs of the hardware circuit and the software program are presented, and the test of the system is completed. The system can transmit wireless data steadily through the narrow-band Internet of Things in the hospital basement. STM32 is used as the MCU. A data acquisition module is designed to monitor the pressure of the oxygen cylinder group in real time. The oxygen cylinder group is switched through the oxygen cylinder group control module. Finally, the data transmission module communicates with the server to ensure that the oxygen cylinder group’s pressure is correct and the allowance is sufficient. The results indicate that hardware circuit and the software can operate reliably and the monitoring data can be accessed through the web and mobile phone. The medical oxygen cylinder group shifts automatically when the surplus is insufficient, issuing an early warning in time.
