基于灰色关联度的风机组动态润滑控制方法研究

【摘要】 提出了一种基于灰色关联度的动态润滑方案的制定方法,该方法根据风速预测数据进行分析,以转速为主要工况参数制定基本的轴承润滑方案,再根据实际风功率与预测数据对比,对润滑方案进行动态调整。首先对风速基于时间序列进行数据分析,选取典型的分量作为参考序列,然后采用灰关度的计算方法确定预测风速所含的风速分量,再根据风速与转速的关系确定轴承的工况从而制定相应的润滑方案。最后根据所分析的数据做了相应物理实验,物理验证结果也初步表明了动态润滑方案的有效性和实用性。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a method for formulating dynamic lubrication schemes based on grey relational degree. Based on the wind speed prediction data,the basic bearing lubrication scheme is formulated with the rotational speed as the main operating parameters. Then the lubrication scheme is dynamically adjusted according to the comparison of actual wind power and predicted data. Firstly,the wind speed is analyzed based on the time series,and the typical components are selected as the reference sequence. Then the wind speed component is determined by the grey relativity calculation method. The bearing condition is determined according to the relationship between the wind speed and the speed,and the corresponding lubrication scheme is formulated. Finally,the corresponding physical experiments are done according to the data analyzed,and the results of physical verification preliminarily show the effectiveness and practicability of the dynamic lubrication scheme.
