【摘要】 "食品营养学"是南京中医药大学与澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学(RMIT)合办的"3+1食品质量与安全专业"的一门重要专业基础课,为了帮助学生由中文学习向全英文学习过渡,该课程进行了双语教学改革。以RMIT营养学基础教材《Understanding Nutrition》和我国"十二五规划教材"《食品营养学》为基础,引进了Tutorial小组讨论形式,使授课内容和教学方法有据可依;教学团队建设注重师资培养,每年派送1名团队成员去RMIT观摩相关课程,与RMIT教师形成良好沟通合作,使教学过程中出现的问题有人可议;教学评价过程除了考核学生对知识点的掌握,还将参与Tutorial及其他教学活动的成果纳入最终成绩评定,使教学对象在学习过程中有话可说。该课程改革在实践中积累的经验为其他课程的双语教学改革起到一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Food Nutrition is an important basic course of "3+1 Food Quality and Safety"jointly organized by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Royal Melbourne University of Technology(RMIT). The bilingual teaching reform of Food Nutrition will help students’ transition from Chinese learning to English learning. Based on the RMIT basic textbook of nutrition,Understanding Nutrition and the 12 th Five-Year Plan textbook of China,Food Nutrition,tutorial group discussion was introduced to make the teaching contents and methods"dependable". Team building focuses on teacher training. One team member was sent to RMIT to observe relevant courses and form good communication and cooperation with RMIT teachers every year, which made the problems in the teaching process" controversial". In addition to investigating students’ mastery of knowledge points,the results of Tutorial and other teaching activities were also incorporated into the final score evaluation,so that the students can"have something to say"in the learning process. The experience accumulated in the practice of the curriculum reform could be used for reference in the bilingual teaching reform of other courses.更多还原
