废弃竹笋壳中所提木质素的氧化性研究

【摘要】 以废弃竹笋壳所提取的木质素为原料,乙酸方法用来处理竹木质素和木质素磺酸盐的制备,对所提取的木质素抗氧化活性进行了研究。木质素DPPH自由基清除指数(RSI)值为1.63,远高于商业合成抗氧化剂二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT) RSI值(0.84),作为天然抗氧化剂具有一定的开发利用价值。比较抗坏血酸(维C)和商业木质素磺酸钠与制备的木质素磺酸钠,结果表明,同一浓度条件下,对亚硝酸根(NO2-)的清除能力依次为自制木质素磺酸钠>商品木质素磺酸钠>维C,对羟基自由基(·OH)的清除能力依次为维C>商品木质素磺酸钠>自制木质素磺酸钠,对超氧阴离子(O2-)的清除能力依次为自制木质素磺酸钠>商品木质素磺酸钠>维C,对二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH·)的清除能力依次为维C>自制木质素磺酸钠>商品木质素磺酸钠,说明在一定程度上,笋壳木质素具有广泛应用于食品及其他工业作为抗氧化剂的潜力。

【Abstract】 Using abandoned bamboo as raw material,acetic acid method was used to treat the preparation of bamboo lignin and lignosulfonate. The antioxidant activity of the extracted lignin was studied. The lignin DPPH free radical scavenging index(RSI) was 1.63, which was much higher than the commercial synthetic antioxidant dibutylhydroxytoluene(BHT) RSI(0.84). As a natural antioxidant,lignin DPPH had certain development and utilization value. Compared ascorbic acid(VC)and commercial sodium lignosulfonate with the prepared sodium lignosulfonate,the experimental results showed that under the same concentration,the scavenging capacity of nitrite(NO2-) was:self-made sodium lignosulfonate > commercial sodium lignosulfonate > VC,and hydroxyl radical (·OH):VC > commercial sodium lignosulfonate > self-made sodium lignosulfonate,and superoxide anion.(O2-) scavenging capacity:self-made sodium lignosulfonate > commercial sodium lignosulfonate > VC,scavenging capacity of diphenyl picryl radical(DPPH·):VC > self-made sodium lignosulfonate > commercial sodium lignosulfonate,indicating that to a certain extent,bamboo shoot shell lignin has the potential to be widely used as antioxidant in food and other industries.
