创新创业背景下工科专业本科生职业规划调查及分析——基于沈阳农业大学食品学院的问卷调查

【摘要】 大学生"就业难"问题一直是社会关注的焦点,在新形势下如何使大学生"好就业,就好业"仍是各高校面临的一个严峻的问题。根据创新创业背景下工科专业本科生对职业规划存在的问题,以沈阳农业大学为例,针对286名在校生进行调研分析。调查发现大学生普遍对创新创业感兴趣,并且态度积极、有很强的自信心。但由于缺乏实践、专业知识技能不足、创新创业意识淡薄、缺乏经验和社会环境的阻力,对如何创新创业并没有明确的职业规划。学生应加强自身专业知识,高校应在日常教学中培养学生创新创业意识,完善职业规划指导中创新创业教育体系,社会应大力支持大学生创新创业。

【Abstract】 The problem of difficult employment of college students has always been the focus of the society. How to make college students good employment,good career is still a serious problem faced by colleges and universities in the new situation.Based on the problems existing in the career planning of engineering undergraduates under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,this paper took Shenyang Agricultural University as an example and conducts an investigation and analysis on 286 students. The survey found that college students were generally interested in innovation and entrepreneurship,and had positive attitude and strong self-confidence. However, due to lack of practice, lack of professional knowledge and skills,weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, lack of experience and resistance of social environment, there was no clear career planning for innovation and entrepreneurship. Students should strengthen their own professional knowledge,colleges and universities should cultivate students’ consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship in daily teaching, improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in career planning and guidance,and the society should strongly support college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.
