【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems and shortcomings in the traditional teaching of food technology experiment, the problem-based learning and project-based learning models were introduced into the teaching of Food Technology Experiment at the same time to form an experimental teaching method based on the double PBL model. Students could be effectively guided students to combine the theoretical knowledge of food technology with experimental practice and stimulate students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning can be inspired. This new teaching mode has achieved remarkable results in the school of Food Science and Engineering of Jiangxi Agricultural University.更多还原
