不同品牌卷烟常规成分差异化研究

【摘要】 通过连续流动法对我国16种品牌卷烟水溶性糖、钾、氯、总氮、蛋白质、总植物碱、淀粉和石油醚提取物等9种常规化学成分进行测定,并对结果进行了方差分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,不同品牌卷烟之间,其常规化学成分除总氮和蛋白质外都有显著性差异;通过主成分分析和聚类分析结果可将16种品牌卷烟分为七大类,不同品牌卷烟之间的差异主要体现在总糖、还原糖、总氮、淀粉和石油醚提取物的含量变化。

【Abstract】 In this paper,through continuous flow and soxhlet extraction,the 9 chemical components of water soluble sugar,potassium,chlorine,total nitrogen,protein,total alkaloid,starch and petroleum ether extract of 16 kinds of brand cigarettes in China were determined. The results were analyzed by variance analysis,principal component analysis and clustering analysis. The results showed that there were significant differences in the general chemical composition except total nitrogen and protein between different brands of cigarettes in China,16 brands of cigarettes could be divided into 7 categories according to the results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The difference is mainly reflected in the content of total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen,starch and petroleum ether extracts.
