PBL结合多媒体教学法在“食品机械与设备”教学中的应用研究

【摘要】 探讨PBL (Problem Based Learning)教学法结合多媒体教学法在"食品机械与设备"教学中的应用及教学效果,为该课程的教学改革提供依据。随机抽取2014级食品科学与工程专业4个班(124例)并随机分为试验组(62例)和对照组(62例),试验组采用PBL教学法结合多媒体教学法完成"食品机械与设备教学"任务,对照组采取传统教学法完成教学任务。授课结束后,对比2组期末总评成绩和学生的评教成绩。结果表明,实验组学生期末总评成绩平均分高于对照组,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。在"食品机械与设备教学"中PBL结合多媒体教学法优于传统教学法,教学效果良好,具有一定的实践意义。

【Abstract】 The aims of this study were to explore the application and teaching effect of PBL(Problem Based Learning) combined with multimedia teaching method in food machinery and equipment teaching,and to provide basis for this course. 2014 grade four class food science and engineering(124 cases) were randomly selected and randomly divided into experimental group(62 cases) and control group(62 cases). In experimental group,PBL combined with multi-media teaching method was used to complete Food Machinery and Equipment. However,in control group,traditional teaching method was adopted to finish the teaching task. After the lecture,the final scores of the experimental and control groups and the scores of the students are compared. The average score of the final grade of students in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(p<0.05). In conclusion, in the teaching of food machinery and equipment,the combination of PBL and multimedia teaching method was better than the traditional teaching method. The teaching effect was good and had certain practical significance.
