响应面法优化金银花叶黄酮提取条件

【摘要】 以金银花叶为原料,用乙醇提取金银花叶中的黄酮,通过响应面试验确定金银花叶中黄酮提取的最佳提取温度、提取时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比。试验结果表明,最优提取条件为提取温度85℃,料液比1∶30,乙醇体积分数92%,提取时间60 min。在此条件下,黄酮提取率达94.32%。

【Abstract】 Taking honeysuckle leaves as raw materials,extracting flavone from the honeysuckle leaves by ethanol. The optimum extraction temperature,extraction time,ethanol concentration and liquid-solid ratio were determined by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 85 ℃,solid ratio liquid 1 ∶30, ethanol concentration 92%, extraction time 60 min. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of flavonoids reached 94.32%.
