【Abstract】 The "Ye Ji" organization uses "Fang" as the basic organizational unit, includingthe multi-ethnic groups living together. Its multi-level organizational system and flexible organiza-tional mode ensure the dialectical unity of part and whole, pluralistic and integral in the processof institutional practice. Based on the multiple sources of effectiveness in faith and reality, it guar-antees its vertical generation and horizontal integration. The "Ye Ji" system is the hub of regionalintegration and ethnic unity.
