【摘要】 目的:观察舒挛汤对中风后肌张力增高的影响。方法:将中风后肌张力增高的60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组口服舒挛汤,对照组口服巴氯酚,共治疗4周。对比两组治疗前后的改良Ashworth痉挛分级、CSI痉挛评分和Fugl-Meyer运动功能分。结果:两组治疗后患肢改良Ashworth分级、CSI评分和Fugl-Meyer评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒挛汤对治疗中风后肌张力增高、痉挛程度及肢体运动功能有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Shuluan Tang and barprofol on the increase of muscle tension after stroke. Methods Sixty patients with increased muscle tone after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30). The treatment group took Shuluan Tang, the control group took baclofen, treat 4 weeks. The modified Ashworth Spasm Scale(MAS), Clinical Spasticity Index(CSI) and Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Score(FAS) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There were significant differences in the modified Ashworth grade, CSI score and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuluan Tang can improve the post-stroke muscle tone increased, spasticity and limb motor function.更多还原
