【摘要】 总结吴远华副教授治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的用药经验。吴远华教授认为急性一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病的病因病机主要是毒邪外侵,损伤脾胃,涉及心脑,病性为本虚标实,多为虚实夹杂,提倡治本宜健脾补脾,用药多以补脾益气之品,以复健运;治标宜祛痰涤浊,开窍醒神,佐以燥湿祛痰、开窍醒神之品,总结出健脾益气,开窍醒神之法。临床多用自拟健脾益气、开窍醒神之剂临证加减,效果颇佳。更多还原
