【摘要】 目的:系统评价温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效及安全性。方法:电子检索Pub Med、Cochrane library、Em-base、CNKI、VIP、万方和CBM,检索时间限定为2016～2017年,检出所有温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的有关文献,由2名研究员独立严格地进行纳入研究的质量评价和资料提取,用Stata 12. 0软件进行Meta分析。采用敏感性检验或Egger检验进行发表偏倚的检验。结果:共纳入18个RCT包括1943例患者。Meta分析结果显示:1个疗程后膝关节评分(WMD=-0. 86,95%CI[-1. 03,-0. 68]),两个疗程后膝关节评分(WMD=3. 90,95%Cl[-4. 24,-3. 57]),WOMAC量表评分(WMD=-0. 67,95%Cl[-1. 27,-0. 07])、VAS评分(WMD=-2. 20,95%CI[-3. 34,-1. 06])等均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:温针灸能显著提高总有疗效,改善1个疗程后膝关节评分,两个疗程后膝关节评分,WOMAC量表评分,VAS量表评分,值得在临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Warm-needle Moxibustion for knee osteoarthritis.Methods Such databases as Pub Med,Cochrane library,Embase,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang data and CBM were searched so as to collect literatures about Warm-needle Moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis from 2016 to 2017. Two researchers screened literatures independently according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and evaluated the methodological quality of included studies. We carried out meta-analysis by using Stata 12. 0 version. The publication bias were utilized to evaluate by Egger test and Sensitity test.Result Totally 18 RCT including 1943 cases were included eventually. The analysis reveals that the curative effect of Warm-needle Moxibustion in the Knee score after one course of treatment( WMD =-0. 86,95% CI[-1. 03,-0. 68]),the Kneescore after two course of treatment( WMD = 3. 90,95% Cl[-4. 24,-3. 57]),WOMAC score( WMD =-0. 67,95% CI[-1. 27,-0. 07]),VAS score( WMD =-2. 20,95% CI[-3. 34,-1. 06 ]) were better than that of the control group. Conclusion Warm-needle Moxibustion can increase efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and improve the Knee score after one course of treatment,the Knee score after two course of treatment,WOMAC score,and VAS score,which is worthy to be clinically promoted.更多还原
