放射治疗对肺癌患者外周血中IL-12、IL-15及NK细胞的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨接受放射治疗的肺癌患者在放射治疗不同阶段IL-12、IL-15以及NK活细胞比率的变化。方法对我科收治的30例肺癌放疗患者分别在放疗前、放疗后通过ELISA检测IL-12、IL-15水平,应用MACS检测NK活细胞比率。结果IL-12、IL-15水平在放疗前、放疗后(2 000 cGy、4 000 cGy、6 000 cGy)随着放疗剂量的增加逐渐升高(P<0.05)。NK活细胞比率在放疗前、放疗后(2 000 cGy、4 000 cGy、6 000 cGy)未见明显变化(P>0.05)。结论放射治疗对肺癌患者外周血中的NK细胞活性无明显影响,但可提高肺癌患者外周血中细胞因子IL-12、IL-15的水平,进一步激活患者的免疫功能。

【Abstract】 To evaluate the dynamic changes of IL-12, IL-15 and NK cell in peripherd blood of patients with lung cancer before and after radiotherapy of different doses, total of 30 patients with lung cancer were included in the study. The levels of IL-12 and IL-15 were detected by ELISA method, and the proportion of NK cell was detected by MACS(magnetic activated cell sorting) before and after radiotherapy. Data showed that IL-12 and IL-15 were increased gradually with the radiotherapy dose elevating at 2 000 cGy, 4 000 cGy and 6 000 cGy(P<0.05).The changes of NK living cells ratio in the serum of the lung cancer patients showed no significant difference before and after radiotherapy(P>0.05). In conclusion, radiation therapy exerts no effect on NK living cells ratio, but can increase the levels of IL-12 and IL-15 in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer, and then activate the cellular immune function.
