【Abstract】 The mission,banner and actions of the Communist Party of China (CPC) are clearly expressed in the theme of the Report to 19 th CPC National Congress,which highlights the historic changes and directions of the Chinese nation. The Report proposes a main thread to ensuring Party leadership over all work,and it is distinct and richly pointed. Inheriting the principles established since reform and opening-up,the Report puts forward new some thoughts and ideas. Following the text features of reports delivered at previous CPC national congresses since reform and opening-up,the Report to 19th CPC national congress is plain yet vivid,a concrete explanation of the socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics in the new era. As a political document,covering the party’s theories,policies,and actions,the Report serves as a resource to study China’s policy and arts of the Chinese political discourse system. It sets an excellent example of the textual construction of the CPC literatures for its text features,well-balanced factors between the static and the dynamic,the overall framework and the details,the abstract concepts and the concrete measures.更多还原
