【Abstract】 The administration of school is a systematic and integrated management project which needs organic coordination and integration of resources to achieve the objectives of educating as well as running school. Only by changing the extensive mode of management to intensive mode and gradually optimizing and converting to management with cultue as a carrier,the management of the school can be worked smoothly.
