【摘要】 军民融合创新示范区建设是贯彻落实军民融合发展战略的改革创新、以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视军民融合创新示范区建设工作。当前,各地创建国家军民融合创新示范区热情高涨,创新示范成效初显,而理论研究成果尚不足以支撑这个重大改革创新。本文通过对已有文献的梳理,力争展现该领域现有高质量学术成果,同时分析研究的不足,提出了创新示范区理论基础研究、建设模式研究、政策制度研究、绩效评估研究、经验推广研究五个值得深入研究的方向,以期对军民融合创新示范区建设的研究者和管理者以启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of military-civilian integration innovation demonstration zone is a reform and innovation to implement the development strategy of military-civilian integration. The Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,attaches great importance to the construction of military-civilian integration innovation demonstration zone. At present,there is a high enthusiasm for the establishment of national demonstration zones for civil-military integration and innovation,and the results of innovation demonstration are beginning to show. However,the theoretical research results are not enough to support this major reform and innovation. This paper reviews the existing literature to present the high-quality academic achievements in this field and analyzes the research deficiencies. Finally,this paper puts forward five research directions worthy of in-depth discussion,namely,theoretical basis research,construction model research,policy and system research,performance evaluation research,and experience promotion research,with a view to inspiring researchers and managers in the construction of military-civilian integration innovation demonstration zones.更多还原
