微生态发酵饲料对奶牛生产性能的影响

【摘要】 选取20头荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组10头,试验期30 d。奶牛对照组日粮组成是基础日粮,试验组采用30%发酵饲料替代等量的精料补充料。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组奶牛每头日均产奶量提高了0.64 kg,乳脂率和乳蛋白分别升高0.08 g/100 mL和0.02 g/100 mL;试验组畜舍有害气体H2S、CO2的浓度以及粪便中氮、磷的含量均显著降低,NH3含量也低于对照组。结论:微生态发酵饲料品质优良,饲喂效果良好,提高了奶牛的生产性能。

【Abstract】 20 holstein cows were randomly divided into two treatment groups,experimental group and control group, with 10 cows in each group for 30 days.The bovine of control group were feed basic diet, and 30% fermented feed was used in the experimental group to replace the same amount of concentrate supplement.The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily milk yield per cow in the experimental group was increased by 0.64 kg, and the milk fat and milk protein were increased by 0.08 g/100 ml and 0.02 g/100 ml, respectively.The concentrations of H2S, CO2 and nitrogen and phosphorus in feces were significantly reduced, and the content of NH3 was also lower than that of the control group.The microbial fermentation feed prepared had good quality,produced good feeding effects,and improved the performance of cows.
