炭基催化剂对煤热解油气品质的影响及机理
Effects of Carbon-based Catalysts on Quality of Coal Tar and Gas and Its Mechanism
【摘要】 分别以半焦(SC)和活性炭(AC)为催化剂,对禾草沟煤进行催化热解,研究了催化剂类别及催化剂循环利用次数对油气收率及组成的影响。结果表明,两种炭基催化剂均能提高焦油轻组分的质量分数及热解气的收率,AC的催化效果好于SC的催化效果。当AC为催化剂时,焦油轻组分质量分数高达70.00%,与无催化剂时相比增加了26.17%。随催化剂循环使用次数的增加,焦油轻组分质量分数呈下降趋势,当AC催化剂循环使用4次后,焦油轻组分质量分数为50.58%,仍高于无催化剂时焦油轻组分质量分数(43.83%)。采用SEM、N2吸附、FTIR、XPS和Raman谱对使用前后的SC和AC催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,催化剂发达的比表面积、丰富的含氧官能团及碳结构中的缺陷、无定型碳是焦油重组分转化为轻油和气体的主要因素。
【Abstract】 The catalytic pyrolysis of Hecaogou coal was studied with semi-coke(SC)and activated carbon(AC)as catalysts.The effects of the types and cycle times of catalysts on the yields and components of coal tar and gas were studied.The results show that the mass fraction of light tar is improved over the two catalysts,and the yield of pyrolysis gas increases.The catalytic effect of AC is higher than that of SC.When AC is used as catalyst,the mass fraction of light tar is as high as 70.00%,which is 26.17% higher than that without catalyst.As the cycle times of catalysts increase,the content of light tar decreases.When AC is recycled four times,the mass fraction of light tar is about 50.58%,higher than that without catalyst(43.83%).The structures and properties of the AC catalyst before and after using were characterized by SEM,N2 adsorption,FTIR,XPS and Raman spectra.The results show that high specific surface area,oxygen-containing functional groups,defects in AC catalyst and amorphous carbon seem to be the primary factor for heavy fraction converted into light tar and gases.
