企业-高校捐赠互动的策略分析:一种促进合作绩效的视角

【摘要】 企业与高校之间的捐赠互动是一种具有公益性和互益性的特殊校企合作,校企双方对互动综合收益、持久稳定和低风险损失的追求是建立、维系和拓展捐赠互动关系的驱动力。通过对慈善情怀式、单项交换式和全面战略式三种典型的校企捐赠互动模式的分析,借助现有理论观点,对影响企业-高校捐赠互动绩效的相关情境因素进行识别,尝试构建针对不同互动模式的策略框架,为校企之间理性建立、持久维系和有效拓展捐赠的互动关系提供一些参考。

【Abstract】 The interactions of donation between enterprises and universities is a special university-enterprise cooperation with the dual characteristics of public welfare and mutual benefit.The pursuit of interactive comprehensive benefits,lasting stability and low risk loss is the driving force for university and enterprise to establish,maintain and expand the interactions of donation.This paper analyzes three types of enterprise-university interactions of donation,including charitable feelings,single switching,and comprehensive strategies.The paper identifies the situational factors influencing the performance of enterprise-university interactions of donation based on the existing theories and arguments,and tries to build a policy framework for different modes of interaction.The paper provides some references for the rational establishment,permanent and effective expansion of interaction of donation between enterprises and universities.
