【摘要】 目的:探讨心理干预在儿童外伤美容清创缝合局麻手术中的护理效果。方法:随机抽取笔者医院收治的60例行面部外伤美容清创缝合局麻手术患儿,随机均分为两组。对照组行常规手术流程,实验组联合心理干预。评估患儿心理并统计其手术配合率。结果:实验组患儿的mYPAS评分及手术配合率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预应用于儿童外伤美容清创缝合局麻手术中,可避免患儿产生焦虑、抑郁情绪,增强其手术配合度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods and effects of psychological intervention in children’s cosmetic debridement and suturing under local anesthesia. Methods 60 children who underwent facial trauma cosmetic debridement and suture under local anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine surgical procedures, while the experimental group received psychological intervention. To evaluate the psychology of the children and make statistics on their operative cooperation rate. Results The mYPAS score and operation cooperation rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can avoid anxiety and depression and enhance the operation cooperation of children in cosmetic debridement and suturing under local anesthesia.更多还原
