【摘要】 目的:探究红蓝光联合异维A酸对痤疮患者白细胞介素-1(IL-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:选取笔者医院收治的116例痤疮患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均予以异维A酸口服治疗,观察组在此基础上加用红蓝光治疗仪。比较两组患者治疗前后皮损计数、炎性因子、症状积分的水平,以及分析炎性因子和症状积分的相关性。结果:治疗后,两组患者皮损计数、IL-1、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、TNF-α、症状积分均降低,但观察组明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况无显著性差异(P>0.05)。IL-1和TNF-α与症状积分具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:红蓝光联合异维A酸治疗痤疮能够有效降低患者IL-1和TNF-α水平,减轻炎症反应,有效改善痤疮症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of interleukin-1(IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in acne patients treated with red and blue light combined with isovitamin A acid. Methods 116 patients with acne admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Both groups were orally treated with isovitamin A acid, and the observation group was additionally treated with red and blue light therapy apparatus. The levels of skin lesion counts, inflammatory factors and the scores of symptom were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the correlation between inflammatory factors and symptom scores was analyzed. Results After treatment, the levels of the skin lesion count, IL-1, interleukin-8(IL-8), TNF-α, and the scores of symptom in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). The levels of IL-1 and TNF-α were positively correlated with the scores of symptom(P<0.05). Conclusion Red and blue light combined with isotretinoin A acid can effectively reduce the levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in acne patients, alleviate inflammatory reaction and effectively treat acne symptoms.更多还原
