多酚类化合物在皮肤光损伤防护方面的研究进展

【摘要】 日光中的紫外线是造成皮肤光损伤的主要原因。紫外线的过度照射会引起日晒伤、炎症、红斑、光老化与皮肤肿瘤等疾病,这些皮肤病的发生大多与活性氧的生成增多相关。寻找能够拮抗或修复紫外线光损伤的高效抗氧化剂已经成为一大研究热点。其中,多酚类化合物作为常见的天然植物来源的抗氧化剂能够清除自由基、提高抗氧化酶活性,可起到预防和治疗皮肤病的作用。因此,本文就多酚类化合物在皮肤光损伤防护方面的研究进展进行综述,旨在为未来多酚类化合物的临床应用提供更多参考。

【Abstract】 Ultraviolet light in the sun is the main cause of skin damage. Excessive exposure to ultraviolet light can cause sunburn, inflammation, erythema, photoaging, and skin tumors. The occurrence of these skin diseases is mostly related to the increase in the production of reactive oxygen species. It has become a research hotspot to find efficient antioxidants that can antagonize or repair ultraviolet light damage. Among them, polyphenolic compounds, as common natural plant-derived antioxidants, can scavenge free radicals, increase antioxidant enzyme activity, and prevent and treat skin diseases. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress on polyphenolic compounds in the protection of skin photodamage, and aims to provide more reference for the application of polyphenols in the future.
