【摘要】 目的:探讨银杏酮酯在皮肤美白应用中的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年2月笔者医院皮肤科招募的志愿者50例,采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=26)和对照组(n=24),其中对照组仅给予面部清洁保湿及熏蒸;观察组在对照组基础上给予银杏酮酯,口服银杏酮酯滴丸5粒/次,3次/d,连续用3个月,在熏蒸上加入银杏酮酯滴丸5粒。观察两组美白效果、皮肤干燥改善情况等。结果:观察组美白效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率达到84.62%;观察组干预后皮肤干燥评分为(1.10±0.23)分,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后皮肤pH值和黑色素值分别为(4.52±0.31)和(32.54±9.54),明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而皮肤含水量为(39.54±8.11)%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间未发现有丘疹、剧烈瘙痒等不良反应。结论:银杏酮酯滴丸口服有较好皮肤美白效果,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect of Ginkgo ketone ester on skin whitening. Methods 50 volunteers recruited from the Department of Dermatology in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n =26) and control group(n= 24) by random number table method, the observation group was given Ginkgo biloba ketone ester on the basis of the control group, Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills were taken orally 5 tablets/time, 3 times/day for 3 months, and 5 tablets were added to the fumigated Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills. while the control group was only given facial cleansing and moisturizing fumigating, and the whitening effect and the improvement of skin dryness and so on were observed. Results The whitening effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the total effective rate was 84.62%; The dry skin score of the observation group was 1.10±0.23, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05); The skin pH value and melanin value of the observation group after intervention were 4.52±0.31 and 32.54±9.54, which were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the skin moisture content was(39.54±8.11)%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). No adverse reactions such as papules and severe itching and so on were found in the two groups during treatment.
